Shipping Policy

To ensure the highest quality, our items arrive in about 2-3 weeks. We do reserve 3 -5 days to process your order. After which we send out your goods for FREE if you are in the United States! International orders vary. We also offer express delivery for an additional fee. The exact time in which you will receive your items will depend on availability and how busy we are.

Return Policy

It is highly suggested for the customer to create an account upon purchase. Should you need to request an exchange or store credit, it expedites the process. 

Items returned within 14 days (30 Days for International Customers) of when the shipment was received will be eligible for exchange, store credit or refund. Shipping and Handling are not refundable. Sale items and custom-made items are final sale, non-refundable. Items must be returned in the original product packaging they were shipped in, in their original, unworn condition.

Include your original order sheet and make a note as to what you'd like for your item - store credit, refund or exchange. If an exchange is needed, please note what you'd like to exchange your item for. If there is a difference in price, we will contact you to arrange for payment. Once your item has been received, we will process your return within 5 days of receiving the items. Once processed, an email will be sent to your email used with your original order to confirm your store credit, refund or new tracking information. 

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange for any reason.
